The private residential lobby has been re-interpreted by Rockwell Group to reflect the energy and vibrancy of W New York — Downtown. Features of the space include furnishings that Rockwell Group has designed in collaboration with renowned companies such as The Rug Company, Maya Romanoff and Jim Thompson.
The design of the building interior is based on the idea of a "ripple effect" or wave of energy, creating internal movement that will resound through the surrounding Downtown area. The inspiration was to create a new and fresh look at the concept of comfort and luxury in its most contemporary and even futuristic sense of minimalism. The design creates a new outlook on living, working and visiting in our globalized society.

- 223 contemporary designed W Residences® ranging in size from studio to two bedrooms of 400 to 1175 square feet. Residences begin on the 23rd floor and rise to the Rooftop Terrace. Furnished and unfurnished residences available.
- Penthouse Residences are located on the 53rd–56th floors with ceiling heights ranging from 10–13 feet.
